The Examinacon and Confession of
Anne Steale< no role > of the pish of St. Mildred
Poultry Widd . taken this 24th. day of
Novembr. Ano Dui 1704 .

The said Anne Steale< no role > being Examined touching
the stealing Sevall goods from Mr. Isaac Clarke< no role >
Confesseth that she disposed of a Silver bookes wch.
the sd Mr. Clarke prtends was stole from him but
desires that she stole the same but says that the
found it in a roome upp two pair of Staires in the
said Mr. Clarkes house; and being further examined
if the did not steale a Gold meddall, a Gold Ring
sevall peices of Mill'd money, one half Crowne & a shillings
desires that she stole the same or any part thereof
and alsoe denies that she broke open the Dressing box
in wch. the sd. Mr. Clarkes prtends. the sd. goods were
or there the sd. box downe by means of which fall it
broke open
