Sheweth

That yor. Petrs are very much Overburthened with Poore and not able to vaite
[..] sumes of money amongst themselves to Releive them Notwithstanding their
Assessments are greater than heretofore yett the charge of their Poore to farr above
their laid Assessments as the came upon full Examination hath many times appeared
to divers Aldren of this City appointed to hear the same And their Poore daily
Encreasing upon them Then said Parishes lying once of them neere to the suburbs
and others of them in the suburbes of this City

Their Humble Suites therefore unto yor good Honor &
Worpps. to That you will be favourably pleased to grant unto them
The Contribucons from other Parishes within this City for and
towards the Releiving their Poore As They have formerly
had which are pticularly hereunder menconed or such further
Allowance as to your Honor. and Worpps. shall seeme meete
