haveing a Warrant to presse Drumer for his Maties. Service

there and was a Drumer this Informant & the said Smith and
Cadogan went Up two paire of Staires and lookt thro the
key hole of the Doore of the said Whittinghams Chamber

aforesaid Whittingham and caried him to the Kings Armes
Taverne in Cateaton Streete and whilst the aforesaid Smith
and Cadagan were gone for a Constable the said Whittingham
gott out of the roome & pulling the doore after him made his escape, and
the said Hewet & White made theire escape out of Whittingham
Chamber whilst this Informant & the said Smith & Cadgan
were searching the
