Dui 1693 combing ye Death of Henry Hatton< no role > lyeing dead

Saith that this Informt. being in his house on Saturday Night last between ye
houses of Eleaven & Twelve of ye Clock in ye Evening ye Informt, heard ye. Noye of
breaking of windowes & heard ye decd after Some pson whither it was he that did
it & soone after this Informt. heard Murther cryed out & hee thereupon
comeing out saw three psons strikeingye.decd wth. drawne Swords (as this
Informt. beleives) & after this Informt. came out two of ye psons desisted
from strikeing ye decd. but ye tallest continned wth. ye decd shingling till this
Informt. parted them & then her runn away & this Infomt. Sayth he pshed
him & hee was apprhended in Bridewell (as he hath heard) And hee Saith that
hee beleives ye. decd had received his Mortall wound before hee pted then And
that ye three psons who are comitted to Newgate by ye Majr. on Sunday
Night last were ye. psons that were concerned in ye [..] well wth ye decd &
that Strike him when he first came out of his doores & that he beleives ye sd
tallest man Clock had on a whitish Coate & whose name he and Hands is
Yor. Bremes gave ye. decd his Mortall wound for yt. he owned ye Sworn yt is [..] ooked
& w [..] seems to bee bloody before ye Ld Majr
