The Examinacon of Thomas William< no role > of Clemts Lane in Lumbard Streete taken this 19th day
of August 1692.

This Examint: saith that the Morneing that Henry Harrison< no role > was
Executed for the Murder of Dr Clinch, he this Examint: was at
Newgate wth the said Harrison and then the said Harrison did
deliver him a written booke wch is since Printed and now pduced as he beleives. [..] intituled, The
last [..] words of a dying Penitent, wch said written booke this
Examint: did deliver unto one Thomas Northcott< no role > a Stationer
and desired him to gett it licenced and then to gett it printed

the 19th day of August 1692.

This Examint: saith that soone after that Henry Harrison< no role > was
executed for the Murder of Dr Clinch, one Thomas Willan< no role >
did bring a coppie of a booke wch is since Printed and now pduced and intituled
the last words of a Dying Penitent) unto this Examint: and
desired this Examint: to gett it licenced and Printed, wch said
Coppie this Examint: did deliver unto Samuell Manshipp< no role >
who was this Examint: Pter in that booke, and desired him
to gett it licenced by Dr Midgley and then to print it

taken this 19th Day of August 1692

This Examint: saith that soone after Henry Harrison< no role > was
Executed, Thomas Northcott< no role > a Stationer did deliver the
coppie of a booke now pduced & intituled the last words of a Dying Penitent,
and desired this Examint: to carry it to Dr Midgley to have
it licenced wch accordingly this Exaiant did doe, and the said
Dr was paid seven shillings six pence for the licenceing thereof,
and afterwards this Examint: carryed the said Coppie unto one
Mr Rawlings a Printer who Printed the same [..] for this
Examint: and the said Thomas Northcott< no role >
