Whereas att the last sessions of the Peace held att Guildhall
for the Citty of London an Indictmt: was exhibited agt: Henry
Bagshaw< no role > Gent for a Trespasse & an Assault by him comitted
upon one Arthur Ogle< no role > yeoman And whereas upon examinacon
of this matter there does not appeare to me a sufficient Cause of
Prosecucon agt: the said Henry Bagshaw< no role > upon the accomb
above menconed

These are therefore to authorize and require you
to enter or cause to be entred A Cesset Processus
upon the said Indictmt. and to stay all proceedings
thereupon untill further Order And for soe doeing
this shall be your Warrant Given under my hand
this third day of February 1691/2
