The Exam [..] Robert Bygrave< no role > of the Parish of Aldenham
in the County of Herford Blacksmith taken on Oath before me John Rudge< no role > Esqr.
one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the said County
of Middlesex this 23d day of Novr. 1789.

Who on his Oath Saith that the two Horses which were
Produced this day: to Richd. Capper< no role > of the Parish of Bushey in the County of
Hertford Esqr. and William King< no role > his Coachman are the same Horses
and furniture which were belonging to the two Highwaymen who
were taken at Pinner on the nineteenth day of this inst. Novr. for several
Highway Robberies [..] committed on that day in Middlesex and Herffordshire
and which said Horses and several other Articles as now produc'd were
delivered to this Examinant on that day which were found upon the
said two Highwaymen and have been in the Custody of this Examinant
ever since and that the Metal Watch made by Thos. Mudge No. 436. in a
black [..] Fish Stir Case a Purple Ribbond Chain one Seal set in Gold a Watch
Key and Hook as the same Watch which was taken being concealed
is one of the Hats of the said two Highwaymen on the said nineteenth
day of November and now Produced to the said Richd. Capper< no role > which
were delivered into the Custody of the said Robt. Bygrave< no role > By Order of the
Majestrate by the Headborough of the Hamlet of Pinner aforesaid
and had been ever since and is now in his Custody.
