taken on Oath before me John Ruese< no role > Esqr. one of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the said County
this 20th day of Novr. 1789.

Who an his Oath Saith that on the 19th.
day of this inst. Novr. he was Charg'd in Custody with two Men who
say their Names are John Williams< no role > and William Williams< no role > :
and that upon Searching the said two Men he saw the following
Articles taken from them vizt. three Watches and the several other
Articles as Specified in the information of Mr. Robt. Bygrave< no role >
which two of which said Watches and the several other Articles
[..] were delivered to the care of Mr. Robt. Bygrave< no role > andthe Watch
the Property of Wm. Phillimdre was delivered to him:
