that he then assisted the sd. William Waddell< no role > & they
conducted both the Prisoners to the Watch house

Michael Whaling< no role > for himself saith that he is a
Watchman belonging to the Parish of St. Giles's in the
Fields that on the Ninth Day of November Instant at Night
he had been crying half an Hour after Twelve o'Clock & as
he returned back to his Box he observed something lying
near the Door of one Mr.LoggattLudgate in Holborn & upon tak up
the same & examining it found it was a Silver Watch
which he carryed to the Watch house soon afterwards

Richard Bunny< no role > for himself saith that he is one of the
Constables for the Parish of St. George Bloomsbury & being
Constable of the Night was attending at the Watch house
on the Ninth Day of November Instant that the two
Prisoners John Shurley< no role > and Thomas Parsons< no role > were
brought in about half an Hour after Twelve of the Clock & charged by William Waddell< no role > with robbing him of his Watchthat
he searched the sd. Prisoners but found nothing upon
them but in less than an Hour afterwards Michl. Whaling
a Watchman brought in a Silver Watch wch. he pick &
up at a Persons Door in Holborn & wch. silver Watch is
claimed by William Waddell< no role > to be his Property & the
same Watch wch. the Prisoners robbed him off
