Who upon their several Oaths say and first the sd.

saith that he keeps the Golden Hart
in
Parkers Street Drury Lane
that on Monday the second Day
of November Instant betwixt the Hours of 10 & 11 oClock in the
Evening whilst he was putting up the Window Shutters of his
House the Prisoner Frances Lee< no role >
went into the Barr opened a
sliding Drawer & took out a wooden Bowl which contained
upwards of seven Shillings in Half pence (three of which
Half pence he the sd. Engelbert Wegeman< no role >
's particularly Knows
& ran swear to) and immediately went away
