this 14th day of July 1789 Who being on their oaths say and first the said
John Burnett< no role > for himself saith The hand saw, drawing Iron Smoothing
Plane and Stone produced are his property and were safe in his Workshop
on Thursday the 9th of July Instant about the hour of nine at night
James Coffey< no role > for himself saith on Friday Morning last between the
hours of One and Two as he was on his beat in Catherine Wheel Alley
he apprehended the person who says his name is John Date present having in her Custody the drawing
Knife Smoothing plain and Stone the Handew lying by him all produced
