then get in work left his Bag of toolsand
which he called for in about a Fortnight and
took away, that last Monday was a Week
he came again to this Informant & told
him he had purchased the Estate in
Tomlins Field had given five Guineas
Earnest that the Decds and Agreements were
all drawn up & Settled that he had employed
Several Men & said he was going to pull
down the Old Buildings & Build a New
House Saith that the Men he employed brought
a Quantity of Old Material & Deposited the
Same in his Yard where the same now
