of No 5 James Street< no role > Covent Garden Carpenter
William Nest< no role > of No 4 Tottenham Court Road
Carpenter and Timothy Sullivan< no role > at No 6
Church Street Saint Giles's Labourer taken on
Oath before me this 19th: day of August 1789.

Who being on Oath severally say and first the said
Benjamin Reynolds< no role > for himself says that he has been lately Robbed of
a Quantity of Cut deals, Quartering and other Timber from a house
in Phoenix Alley Long Acre , that having [..] been informed that the
Prisoner now present who calls himself Robert Tucker< no role > was the
person who had stole said Deals and Timber this Informant in
Company with the said Timothy Sullivan< no role > on or about the 30th.
day of June last went to the Apartments of the said Robert Tucker< no role >
in Pheonix Alley and [..] found in the Cock loft a Quantity of
Cut Deals Quartering and other Timber to the amount of nearly
a Cart load this Informants property and which had been Stolen
from his Premises in Pheonix Alley aforesaid And the said William
Nest
< no role > for himself says that he is employed as a Journeyman Carpenter
by the said Benjamin Reynolds< no role > to work at his Premises in Pheonix
Alley Long Acre , that about two Months ago being in the Publick
house opposite where he was at work in the Evening he saw the
said Robert Tucker< no role > come out of the House of his Master in Pheonix
Alley with a Quantity of Deals and other Timber in his Arms, that
in a Short time and Robert Tucker< no role > returned to said house and
brought out mother quantity of Timber which he carried to
his Apartment where he at that time lived, that on the Saturday
Night after when Informant was paid his Weeks wages he informed
his Master's Foreman of the above Circumstances And the
