Who being upon Oath saith that from the Contents of the Two
Informations nor read to him, from Thomas Gillett< no role >
now
present being Clerk to the Sollicitor for the Proprietors
of Black Lead, from said Gillett having been of late
frequently alone in the Proprietors Warehouse, from Ann
Mapley< no role >
now present being the Sister in Law of said
Gillett and other Circumstances, he Suspects and
verily believes that the Black Lead now produced
by Nathan Lyon< no role >
, as well as the other Black
Lead mentioned in the said Two Informations is the
property of Henry Bankes< no role >
Esquire
and others
Proprietors of the Black Lead mines in Cumberland
and that it was stolen from their Warehouse in
Essex Street
