further sayeth that he has been acquainted with the
Prisoner at the Bar who sometime ago slept
for Four or Five Weeks on the sd. House & well
knew all the Ways thereof

sayeth that he is Constable of the Parish of
Saint Marylebone , and upon Intelligence of the
above Robbery, he andwithtwo other Persons went
and apprehended the Person the Person now present who
calls himself Samuel Wyner< no role > , [..] who delivered to
this Informantof whom he formed on his PersonSilver Watch
a Silver Snuff Box and the 12 small Pieces of
foreign Silver Coin all now produced and
sworn to be the Property of the other Informants

himself sayeth that he is an Officer attending
the Public Office, Poland Street , Oxford Street
that the went with theother Informanton
Information received, he apprehended the Person
now present who calls himself Samuel Wapner
that after bringing him to the Public office in
Poland Street , he searched the Prisoner and formed
upon him a pair of Silver Studds now produced
and sworn to by the Property of the other Informant

and George heal to apprehend the Person now present
