The Information of Corbin Langley of Great Marlow Bucks
Bargemans Robert Howard< no role > of the same Place Bargeman and Thomas
Horner
< no role > of Great Gardens in the Precinct of Saint Catherines in the County
of Middlesex Apprentice to Christopher Bond< no role > Taken upon Oath before
me Robert Smith< no role > Esqr: one of the Justices of our Lord the King in and for
the said County of Middlesex the fourteenth day of August 1789

First the said Corbin Langley< no role > for himself saith that between ten and Eleven
OClock on Saturday Evening last his Barge which lay at Iron Gate Wharf was Robbed of five Cokes of Copper but
does not know by
[..] Robert Howard< no role > says between
Eleven and twelve OClock on Saturday Night last last he was on board his Masters
Barge which lay of Iron Gate Wharf that he heard the Copper [..] (with which she was partly Laden) Rattle
looked up and Saw the Prisoner Present who says his Name is James Netherhood< no role >
take [..] some Copper out of said Barge and give it to the other prisoner present
who says his Name is Timothy Hopkins< no role > into a Boat that they shoved the
Boat of and Rowed away Thomas Homer< no role > says on Saturday lastbetween
between Eleven and twelve oClock in the Evening he saw the Prisoners Present
at Saint Catherines Cosway walking about that he saw them look into
a Barge (in which was some Copper but did not see them take any thing away
Corbin Langley says the Copper which wassotaken away is his Property
and is of the Value of four Pound
