Zeal< no role > and Charles Elliott< no role >
taken before us two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the
said County

Who being Severally upon their
Oaths sayAnd first this Informant
Margaret Pheasant< no role > for herself saith That
she keeps a house at No. 5 in Castle Street
in the Parish of Saint Giles in the fields
in the County of Middlesex , that this afternoon
about five of the Clock this Informant fastened
the two Parlour Doors of her house in Castle
Street aforesaid and went up Stairs where
she staid for about an hour, that upon
coming down Stairs she saw the person now
present who calls himself Henry Rappen
coming out of the back Parlour [..] the Door
of which she had fastened as before mentioned
when the said Henry Kappen< no role > upon seeing
this Informant immediately ran off, that
this Informant suspecting he had robbed
her immediately pursued him & on calling
out Stop Thief, he was apprehended
and further saith that the several articles
now produced & hereafter mentioned were [..] found in the possession of
the said Henry Kappen< no role > and are the property
