has lived with him as Porter and Shopman for about five Months
last pastThat on or about the 24th day of April last he was sd.

Baler, & Company Dated the same day for £100 which Draft
he this Informant desired his said Wife said Coleman to grand [..]
Cash forAnd the said Mather Baverstock< no role > for herself sayer

And the said Martha Baverstock< no role > for herself says that
on or about the 24th. day of April last she received a Draft drawn
by John Yates< no role > on Messr. Moffatt< no role > , Kensingtons, Boler & Company Dated
the same day for £100. which draft she gave to said Coleman
and ordered him to go and receive the Cash for. That he returned
soon after and brought her One Bank note of £50. one of £30
and two of £10. each That after she had looked over the notes
she Returned them to said David Coleman< no role > and ordered him to
put them in his Master Drawer which he did in her presence

And the said John Baverstock< no role > for himself further says
that after being absent about five minutes he returned and was
told by this that Coleman had brought Bank Notes for the £100
Draft and had put the Same in his Drawer. That he took said
Bank Notes out of said Drawer and wrote his Name on the back
ofhimeach of them and that they Consisted of one of £50 [..]
One of £30. Note and two £10. Notes And this Informant further
says that the Bank note now produced No. 406 dated the 16th. Sepr. 1788
for £10. is one of the Bank notes he found in his Drawer as aforesd.
making part of the said £100. And that he verily believes the abovementionedsaidDraft
for Sixth Pounds is of the Hand writing of the said David Coleman< no role >

And the said Daniel Adams< no role > for himself says that
on the 24th. day of April last the Draft now produced drawn by
John Yates< no role > on Messrs. Moffatt Kensingtons Boler & Company payable
to Mr. J. Baverstock or beaver Dated London April 24th. 1789 for
£100. was presented for payment but by whom this Informant
cannot say that he paid the Draft himself in the following
manner (Vizt.) one Bank noteNoteNo 7944 Dated the 6th. day
of April last for £50. another Bank Note No 8373 dated the 9th.
