put his Hand into his Breeches pocket and Arnold came up Immediatly and laidoldtold
of him by his Whaistcoat behind while Kendling took Nine Shillings and Six pence
in Silver out of his Breeches Pocket when they both ran away that on Monday
Morning following about Ten o Clock he saw the Prisoner Present a Sleep
upon some Logs upon the Tower Wharf that he gave them o Cut a piece with
his Whit that they got up and ran one one way and the other the other that
he ran after in company with John Sayer< no role > and John Sayer< no role > and John Sayer< no role > soon laid hold of Arnoldhim
that he called out Stop Theef [..] when (he Kendling was
Produced at the Office in East Smithfield by Peter Mayne< no role > ,thatposetively says the Prisoner
Present are some of the men who robbed him as aforesaid

John Sayer< no role > upon his Oath says about a quarter past one o Clock
on Monday the third day of May Instant he was upon Tower Wharf that
he saw the said John Walker< no role > Strike the Prisoners with a Whip that he asked
him what was the Matter Walker said them men had robbed him last night
that they both ran away he ran after Arnold took him and brought him to
the Office that when he laid hold of time he threatned to drive his first into his
mongh

Peter Mayne< no role > upon his Oath Says On Monday the third May Instant about two o Clock
he met the Prisoner Present who says his Name is Daniel Kendling< no role > in a Crond in East Smithfield that he took him
into the Office in East Smithfield and Searched him and the other prisoner
and found a Knif Each in their Possession when said Walker Swne
positively to said Kendling having Robbed him in Company with others
