Who upon his Oath saith that about four oClock Yesterday afternoon he was
in his master's shop which is at No 168 High Holborn when he saw a
Girl whose name is Mary Mc. Donald< no role > put one foot in the Step of the
Door of one Henry Snowden< no role > Mercer which is almost opposite his Master's
Shop and laid hold of a piece of Callico which was on a Horse in the
Shop and put it under her Cloak and went away that he immediately
pursued her seized hold of her and caused her into Mr Snowdens Shop
and took the said piece of Callico [..] firm her which is about eight Yard

said piece of Callico is the property of him the said Henry Snowden< no role >
