The Information of Charles
Greaves< no role > taken before me one of
his Majestys Justices of the peace
in and for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that he
is partner with Md James Newton< no role > and
John Leach< no role > of Merton Abbey in the County
of Surry Callicoe Printer that on Saturday
the 21st. of January instant their Grounds
situate as aforesaid had four pieces of
British Callicoe of the value of Eight
pounds Eight Shillngswerefeloniously
taken and Carried away And this Infomt.
saith that one piece of Callicoe now
produced and found in the possession of
a person now present who calls
himself James Jarvais is one of the
pieces of Callicoe so Stolen from the
Premisses as aforesaid
