of the peace in and for the said County the
19th March 1788 Against Fredrick Soloman< no role >
for Felony

Edward Mayfield< no role > Apprentice to Mr. Hardy Engraver
in the Little Memories [..] in the sd County on his Oath saith
that between two and three o'Clock in the afternoon
of this day he saw two personnot taken inwho are not here in
Company with the person now present who says
his name is Fredrick Soloman loitering
about the little Minories afsd. That heand alsosaw one
of the said Personswho escapedtake the seven
prints in Frames & Glazed now produced
from the Window of Thomas Hooker< no role > of the
same place and deliver them to the said
Fredrick Solomon who put them in his Apron
and was going offthatwith the said other persons
that he pursued them and laid hold of the
said Fredrick Soloman< no role > who then threw the
said prints down on the pavement and said
it was not him that took them that he
secured the sd. Fredrick Solomon< no role > but the two
other Escaped
