Who being upon Oath says that the Person now
present who calls himself Peter Hebert< no role >
lived
as a Servant with this Informants that he left
his Service in January last that thirty Books
and Pamphletts now produced by him are his
property and were feloniously Stolen in his Shop
as he verily believes by the said Hebert That
a part of said Books he found in said Heberts
Box at Mr. Jeffery's another part as Mr.
Kays in the Strand
and the remainder at
Mr. Cuthells Holborn Mr. Hamilton in Russell
Court and Mr. Banfield in Old wound Court
and at said Hebert Father's House in White Chaple
