had spent all his Money that Money he wanted
and Money he would have before he went
out of the house that her Master was at
that time sitting down near the fire and
very soon went to sleepandduring that

that this Informant went upstairs for about
five Minutes and when she came down
again she saw the said John Eiles< no role > then
Standing very near her Master soon after
which he sat himself down upon a
Coal Tup very close to her Master that the
said John Eiles< no role > was near her said Master
for the Space of near half an hour altogether
he took an shirt and some other things belong
to him and went away and this Informant
further saith that her Master waked very
soon after and putting his hand in his
pocket said he had missed his Money

And this Informant James Creed< no role > for
himself saith that he is a Journeyman to
William Gilgrist< no role > that he was in the Shop
on Sunday Morning last about Ten or
Eleven o'Clock when his Master was a sleep
by the Fire side and that he saw John Eiles< no role >
standing and sitting very near to his
said Master while he was asleep for the
Space of near half an hour that a little
before his Master awokehe went away
the said John Eiles< no role > went away saying he
should return very soon but never that
and this Infr. further saith that presently after
that the said John Eiles< no role > was gone his Master
awoke and found that his Money had
been taken away upon which this Informt.
having some reason to think the said John Eiles< no role >
was acquainted with a Girl who lived at a
bad house in Westminster went after him
that and found him in Company with
a Woman of the Town in the said House
and there took him into Custodyand upon
falling him he wanted him to go along with him
to his Master he agreed to go with this Infor. &
the person that was along with him but find
desired the Might go up Stairs which he
did
