at which Time there was another man standing near the said Door who run
away as soon as the entered when she saw the said John Gilbertson< no role > have

she Screamed Murder Thieves when her Mother came to her Assistance
and laid hold of him That he dropt said Bundle knocked her Down and
got awaySays she got up called out Murder Thieves That her Borther

Henry Nathan< no role > on his Oath saith last night between the hours of Eight and
nine as he was with Gerard Proud foot Standing at the Door of Mr. Emanuel
nearly opposite his, Father in Laws House No. 79 as aforesaid he heard his Sister
cry out Murder Thieves he looked towards said house and saw the said John
Gilbertson

and took him he never being out of his Sight the whole time that meaning
he dropt something by the Single and Treating thereon he believes to be
they were KeysThat they brought him to his said Father stop when
he threatned if they did not let him go he would in their Guts open
Further says the Sender box and Matches and knife produced were in possession
of the said John Gilbertson< no role > . That he saw William Laveridge< no role > [..] oitering about
the house before his Sister cryed out and that he verily believes the said
William Leveridge< no role > was concerned in the said Robbery
