Who upon their Oaths severally say and first
the said John Beamish< no role >
for himself Saith That
on Monday last about the hour of Four in the
afternoon he went with the above named Informant
to the House of one Rose Wrinkle< no role >
in Hampshire
Hog Yard in the Parish of Saint Giles in the fields
upon an Information of some Persons making
bad six pences and in a Room up one Pair of Stairs
they looked through a Hole in the door and saw a
Man now in Custody who says his Name is
William Dwyer< no role >
sitting on the side of Bed by
the fire side rubbing some thing with his Right
hand Thumb He was going to break open the door but
the same was opened by a Woman who says her
Name is Margaret Dwyre< no role >
and they all went into
the Room and Seized the Man and threw him cross
the Bed when he attempted to Run his Right hand
in his Breeches pocket at which Fredway came
up and held his Right hand while Freeman Took
something out of such hand and in the Struggle
the prisoner William Dwyer< no role >
knocked a Yellow
Cup or pot down with his left hand with some
Stuff in it Informant then Seemed bath the prisoners
and the other Informants proceeded to Search the
Apartments
