Who being upon Oath says and first the said Hannah
Mother< no role >
for herself Says that about Nine o'Clock on the
Saith of November last she this Informant Drant up
into the two pair of Stairs Back Room in her said
Masters House when she heard a great Morise in
the Garrett that soon after she went into the Garrett
and found That two of her Gowns was black cloak had been Stolen
of the bed and several other Articles of her [..] ing
Appeal saw also Stolen in the said Roger and the Garrett Window
was open That upon Searching further She found
that seven at other Articles had been Stolen from
other Rooms in the House And this Informant
further Saith that she is very sure that the two Gowns
and the Cloak now produced are [..] the two Gowns and the Cloak that was stolen of
the bed as aforesaid And that the dressing Gown
was Stolen [..] at the same time from the back Room
two Pair of Stairs And the said John Fairlamb< no role >
for himself Says that the live Waistcoats now
produced are his Property and were Stolen as
his said House at the same time And this
Informant And the Silver [..] says that the two pair of
Breeches
and the Silver S [..] a Sheath now produced are also him property and
were Stolen in his House as aforesaid
