the said George Ellis< no role > for himself saith that he lives adjoining to the
Maughtering House of John Monday< no role > now present at Cow Cross
that on Saturday last between the hours of Eight and Twelve
an Ox and an Heifer were killed and Hanghtered in said Haughtering
House That the Ox was killed first and the Heifer afterwards
that the Windows and back door of said Haughtering House were
kept shut during the time they were killing the Ox and open
whilst they were killing the Heifer That it is usual for said Monday
to put his Beast for killing first into the Pounds in this
Informants Yard but which he did not do with respect to this
Ox. and Heifer
