me this 6th. day of December 1787

Who being upon Oath Saith that on Saturday Morning
last between the House of Seven and nine o'Clock a
Man (When he never saw before) brought to his said
Master Slaughter House in Cow Cross
two Beasts to
be killed and Slaughtered namely a Black Ox and
a Black Heizer but whether they wer marked or not
he cannot Say that he did not observ [..] their being
marked (if they were so) with a Ten the near Rump
or a B. on the off Rump That the said Mr. Monday
agreed to kill said two Beasts for said Man for six
Shillings namely three Shillings for each Bullock That
this Informant and said Monday his Master accordingly
killed and Slaughtered the said two Beasts for the said
Man on Saturday Morning last and hung them up
in and Slaughter House where they remained uncut
up until between three and four o'Clock on the Sunday
Morning when they were quartered by Jno. Monday< no role >
this Informant and Thomas Dunckley< no role >
after
which they were taken to said Dunckley's Shop in
Newgate Market
That between the House of Ten
and one said Maw came again to said Slaughter
Horye and ask'd this Informant if he could tell him
where he could sell the Fat of said Bullocks That
Informant commended him to Mr. Blower of
Saint John Street
That said Man desired him
to take the Fat of said Bullocks to said Blowers
