for the said County
Who being on his Oath Saith that he is Servant
to the Prisoner

at the wages of two shillings and six pence Per
Week. vuluals drink and Lodging That he knows the Prisoner

who brought a Bet of Rope to [..] the Warehouse of
her said Master in Trinsby Yard

, on the might before the
said Michael Dwyer< no role >
and his Mistress were apprehended, That
it was about Dusk and a Candle was lighted up That the door
was open That Ryan and another person who was in the Boat, brought
the same into the Warehouse and put it into the Scale which he
this Informant weighed and [..] believes to be about One hundred
and three Quarters but cannot particularly Speak to the Exact Quantity
That his Master and Mistress were both in a little Room adjourning the
Warehouse Close to the River Side, that he saw no Money Pass but
Saith that after the said Rope was weighed he and his fellow Servant
Removed the same from his Masters warehouse to a Cellar from
which the same was taken the next day by the Officeing and that the Rope
now here Produced and Shown to him is as he verily believes the
said Rope so brought in to the Warehouse of two Said Master
by said Ryan and the other person abovementioned Weighed
by this Informant and removed by him and his fellow Servant
into the said Cellar.
