The Information of James Coleman< no role >
of Duck Lane Westminstor Victualler
taken before me this 11th. day of
December 1787

Who being upon Oath saith that he is the Owner
of the House of No. 5 Duck Lane aforesaid and that
William Watson< no role > has rented of him the lower Room
in the said House and a Stable in the Yard
belonging to it for three Shillings Per week
and that said Watson has held the same for
three Weeks last Past And this Informant,
further says that the Person now present who
calls himself Thomas Eatsell< no role > -but who is
commonly called Wandsor John has rented
about the same time the Garett in his Said
House No. 5 and that he has not seen the said
Thomas Ratell< no role > -otherwise Wandsor Tom
for about a Fortnight last past
