Who being upon Oath saith that having received an Information
that a variety of Articles had been Stolen and that a Certain Person now in
Newgate
had been Committed thereto for stealing a variety of Articles that
in Consequence of such Information he came to Town from Ludlow this
Morning and upon finding on his going to his Apartments that the
said Information relating to the stealing the property out of his said
Apartments was true he went to Newgate when said person so Committed
Confessed that the Property he had so Stolen away he sold to a Mary
Cross< no role >

that he accordingly caller upon
said Mary Cross< no role >
who Acknowledge having bought the three Halters and
Coverlid produced together with divers other Articles for Twenty Five
Shillings
