Thomas Thomas< no role > [..] on his Oath saith last night a Little before
seven as he was going along Brick Lane he heard the Cry of Stop
thief from a Boy that he looked Round and saw Thomas Warner< no role >
drop the Jumps produced close to his Legs and run away that he
saw him took by John Sadgrove< no role > not having been out of his night
Sworn before us the 9th Novr 1787

The [..] Examination of Francis Warner< no role > the prisoner who
Saith that about Half an hour after Six o'Clock last night
he left his Mothers in Bailey Yard Browns Lane [..]
to go to Mr. Turney, at the Coroner of Wenteer the Street
to have a Pint of Beer that he Hopped at the Corner
[..] Alley in Brock Lane to make water
that [..] when had done he crossed over the Way
and was laid hold of by a Man who said he that he this Examinant was
Thief [..] that said [..] brought him to this Twelve that he had
then on a Pair of there which he Cost in the Sca [..]
That he had no property in his Possession nor
never threw any thing down
