The Information of William
Holmin< no role > taken before me [..]
one of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace in and for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that he lives
in then is Court the Precinct of Saint
Catherines in the said County that in the
Night of the 29th of [..] November instant being
in bed with his Wife he was awaked about
two o' Clock in the morning with a noise
and Immediately called to his Wife and
Sworn that same body was in the Room
upon which he got up and Struck a
light and formed a Person now present
who calls himself Thomas White< no role > [..]
in the passage with a Bundle containing
One Gown Two Cloaks one Apron One
Jackep and otherthings under his Arm &
which said things he had feloniously
taken and Carried away of the Bed and
immediately upon searching to see how
the said Thomas White< no role > got into his said
House formed the same had been
burg tariously broken open and Entered
and that he is positive [..] of the said
Thomas White< no role > having committed the said
Burglary and felony having never been
out of his Custody
