The Information of Mary
Naughty
< no role > taken before me one
of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace in and for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that about
Twelve Months ago she rented a House Number
three Green Bank Wapping that she was
taken by an Execution from the Marshalsea
Court out of he said House and went to Goal
Where she remained Six Months that at the time
she was so taken One Samuel Coxe< no role > was a lodger
on her House and to whom she Committed the
care of her Whole Property than in that House
that about three Months after she had been
in Goal as aforesaid Two of her Friends John Pitt< no role >
and Samuel Smith< no role > brought her Intelligence that
her House had been robbed and that [..] the said
Coxe was run away upon which this Informs
was determined as soon as she Got released from
Goal to apprehend the said Coxe as being
guilty of the said felony that accordingly when
she came home to her House she found that
one Feather bed One Bolster One Pillow and a
Quantity of waring Apparel had been
feloniously taken and Carried away And this
Informant upon her Oath saith that the
said Samuel Coxe< no role > is the person who
Commited the said Felony
