The Information of Thomas Hall< no role > of [..] Brick lane
St. Mary White Chapel in the said County Leather
Breeches maker taken this Ninth day of Nov 1787
Who being on Oath saith last night between the hours of
six and seven his Apprentice told him he thought he heard
a noise in the Parlour says he went into said Parlour and
Missed the Sea chest Japand Waiter Two [..] mahogany
Sea Board and pair of Old Jumps produced and that
a Pair of Limen Sheets [..] three Blankets a Counts pair and One
Pillow, three Silver Sea Spoons which were in the
Said sea Chest were taken out of said Room after dark
and the sash Window Sheet-Further says he saw
the person present who says his Name is Francis Warne< no role >
get out of his Yard over [..] Wall into Hanover Court
where he found all the said Articles produced except the Jumps which are his property
Sworn were us the 9th November 1787

the hour of Seven he heard a Noise in his master
parlour which he told his master who went into
said Parlour and Ordered him to go to the foredoor
and meet any person who might came out of the
Court-That he saw Francis Warner< no role > come out of
Honover Court [..] with the Jumps produced under his Arm within a fees Yard of his Masters
house-Says he seen after him called Stop thief
and saw him throw down said Jumps and someafter Stopt by [..] Thomas Thomas< no role >

John Sad grove on his Oath saith last night about a Quarter before
seven as he was going along Brick Lane he hear a Boy
cry Stop thief he saw Francis Warner< no role > padding after him
who he Stopt Warner saying he had nothing that ha datained
him until [..] Thomas [..] and George Greenwood< no role > came to his Assistance who
said they had seen him throw the Jumps produced away
which said George had
