The Information of Benjamin Longford< no role >
of No. 11 Great Saint Anns Lane Westminr .
Chandler taken before me this 11th. day
of August 1787 .

Who being upon Oath saith that he hath known
John Blundell< no role > now present for seven Months and upwards
by his being acquainted and visiting one Margaret Cree< no role > a Woman
who lodged in this Informants House about that time
ThatInformantabout Six or Seven Months ago said Blundell
having seen this Informant in possession of four Guineas
deficient in Weight, observed to him that he could get
him silver for themInformant delivered them to him
and the next day received from him shillings and half pence
to the Amount of the Four GuineasThat the next day
said Blundell observed to him that as he had so many
half pence, he thought he could dispose of some of
them and get silver for them-Informant then put
down upon a Table in his House Half pence to the
Amount of Fifteen shillings which said Blundell took
up with intent as this Informant then understood
to bring [..] Fifteen shillings for, but this Informant
never saw him afterwards until he caused him to be
apprehended by a Warrant-And further saith that
from the above and other Circumstances he is very
sure that the said Blundell obtained the said Fifteen
Shillings from him with a felonious intent to steal
the Same
