The several Informationa of Sarah Brown< no role >
and William Marshall< no role > Taken the 12th: day of
September 1787

Who upon their Oaths sayThatand first the said
Sarah Brown< no role > for herself saith That about the
hour of Twelve o'Clock this day she was in the Shop
of her Cousin Mr. Glen Eavesloft< no role > a Corn Chandler in
Bedford Street Bedford now That She happened
to go out of the Shop about Five Minutes and When
She Returned She saw a person in the Shop (who
is now in Custody and who says his Name is Thomas
Buckingham
< no role > and Saw the Till half open and his
hand in it and She saw some Silver in his Land
That She Seized hold of him and he was going to Leap
over the Counter But She hold him and he Dragged her
to the Street door and then another person Came up
and Caught hold of her Arm and She suspected he was
going to Rescue him That She Called out for
assistance and Mr. Marshall Come up and She said
the Prisoner Lad Robbed the Till and desired Mr.
Marshall to look in his Laud which he did and
