No: 4 Cross Lane in the Parish of St. Giles
in the feilds in the County of Middlesex
Singlewoman Taken upon Oath before
me Joseph Faikney< no role > Esqr . one of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County this 5th. day of March 1787

This Informant upon his Oath Saith that on
Saturday last the 3d. day of this Instant March
about three O'Clock in the afternoon of the same day
in Drury Lane in the County of Middlesex are
Jane Jaggers< no role > did feloniously take and carry away
from her person are Guinea in Gold and [..]
immediately afterwards Elizabeth Ford< no role > who had been in Company
with the said Jane Jaggers< no role > did feloniously take and
carry away from her Person a pair of Stays, a
Hannel pettycoat and a linen handkerchief the
property of this saidsaidInformant and as this
said Informant was endeavouring to pursue them the
was assaulted by two men who were in company with the
said Jane Jaggers< no role > , and Elizabeth Ford< no role > just before they had
Robbed this said Informant
