Who being upon this Oaths say and first this Deponentfor
Francis

for himself saith that he is Master of the Workhouse
of the Hamlet
of Mile End Old Town
in the Parish of Saint Dunstan Stepney
in the said
County that on the 29th. of March last between the Hours offourfive andfiveSix
oClock in the Morning he got up and came down stairs and found
that the Warehouse in the said Workhouse had been burglariously
broke and Entered into (by means of a large Vacancy on the outside
of the Wall belonging to the said Workhouse) and betweenfortyThirty
andfiftyforty pounds Weight of Wool the property of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the said Hamlet of Mile End Old Town
aforesaid
had been feloniously taken and Carried away therein And this Informt
further saith that he verity beleives that the Wool now produced
and found in Possession of two persons now present who call themselves

And Jacob Levi< no role >
is part of the Wool so stolen at the
time of such Burglary aforementioned And this Informt Mary
Potter< no role >
for herself saith that she is a pauper
in the Workhouse of
the said Hamlet and that the Wool now produced and found
in the Possession of the abovenamed Angel Levi and Jacob

(who are now present) isthepart of the Wool which has
been stolen in the Warehouse of the said Workhouse at the time
