Who being upon Oath saith that on 24th. day of
January last she this Informant was brought to bed
at which time the Person now present who
calls herself Esther Thornton< no role >
lived as a Servant
to this Informant That on the 26th. day of January
aforesaid the said Esther Thornton< no role >
violently and
feloniously took out of this informants Pocket
Three Half Guineas Sixteen half Crowns and
some Shillings and Sixteen amounting in
the whole to Five pounds And this Informant
further Says that at that time she was sick
in bed And that she that not soon the said
Esther Thornton< no role >
since the said 26th. day of
January till this day.
