Who being upon Oath severally say and first
the said Elizabeth Margrave< no role >
for herself saith
that last Night between seven and eight o'Clock
as she was sitting in the Parlour of her Mothers House
in Bury Street
aforesaid she heard a Noise over her
head That she Knock'd with her Foot on the Floor
to call the Maid who came up immediately
That she then went into the Street and looked up
when she saw the Person [..] now present who calls

at the dining loon
Window That she alarmed the Nighbourhood
when said Thomas Smith< no role >
went into the House
and secured the said Bostock And the said
Thomas Smith< no role >
for himself Says that about eight
o'Clock last Night he being at the House of Mr.
Boyce in Burry Street
aforesaid and hearing on
Alarm he went to the House of said Mr. Margrave
That he went into the dining loom where he
found the Prisoner whom he secured at which time
he found upon him the Key and [..] now
produced That he has since try'd the said Key
and finds it will lock the Street door of sd Mrs. Margrave
