William Billing< no role > the Prisoner Maketh Oath
and Saith that John Scott< no role > of High Street Mary le bone
Bricklayer and William Brown< no role > of Bird Street
Oxford Road Carpenter are Material Witness
for this Deponent on his Tryal on this
Indictment And this Deponent Saith that since
his Committment the said John Scott< no role > and William
Brown
< no role > are both gone to Scotland and in be
not return for was three Weeks as this
Deponent is informed And that without their
Testimony this Deponent is advised and verily
believes he cannot safely Proceed on his Tryal
on this Indictment
