That he then went into the House to draw
Some Beer when the Prisoner demanded
the said Spoon and threatened in Case he did
not return it to boat him That he then
followed this Informant down Stairs into
the Cellar when this Informant concealed
himself behind one of the Bulls That upon his
Mistresses enquiring what was the Matter he
informed her of the Case when she directed
him to get out of the Widow and to take into
his Possession the said Spoon which hedid
had before thrown upon the Shed which he
accordingly did And the said William
Lackbroke
< no role > for himself says that the Spoon
now produced in his property and that he verily
believed it was feloniously stolen in his
House by the said Thomas Taylor< no role > who is
quartered upon him and who has been
quartered upon him since August last
