taken before me one of his Majestys
Justices of the peace
in and for the
said County
Who being upon Oath saith that he keeps
a Shoemakers Shop
in Old Gravel Lane
in the
parish of Saint George Middlesex
that last
night the 30th. of March instant about Seven
oClock he was standing at his Shop Board
when he had his Shop Window broke with
very great violence and saw a Hand come
into the Shop and feloniously [..] took and
Carried away One pair of Leather Shoes
that he immediately run out of his Shop
into the Street and called out stop thief
in Consequence of which a Person now
present who calls himself Henry Murray< no role >
was stopped and a pair of Shoes now produced
dropped from him which said Shoesare
the same that were Stolen at the time
of the said Burglary, From which
Circumstances he heath a strong Suspicion
and verily believes that the said Henry
Murray< no role >
is the person who committed the
said Burglary and Felony
