in and for the said County of Middlesex

upon his Oath saith that on Wednesday
last the 29th. day of December 1784 he
took as a Passenger William Tester< no role >
between
Newport Pagnel
and Wooburn
and brought
him to Highgate
and suspecting he the
said William Taster< no role >
had Stolen something
from the Stage Coach of which he this said
Informant was the Driver searched him
and found upon him a Quart silver
Tankard who apprehended him on suspicion
of stealing the Jame and the said John
Turnall< no role >
upon his Oath saith that the above
Quart Silver Tankard is the property of
him the said John Turnall< no role >
and was
feloniously taken as he verily believes by the said
William Tester< no role >
from his Dwelling House
at Welling borough
in the County of
Northampton
aforesaid on the 25th. day
of December last
