Middlesex to wit.

The Information of Joseph Wood< no role > at Mr.
Evington's in the Stable Yard St. James's
taken before me this 18th. day of January 1785 .

Who being on Oath says that between 4 and 5 o'Clock this afternoon
as he was going through Cleveland Row Saint James's he was
Surrounded by Several Mew who hustled him at which time
he had a Metal Watch with a Steel Chain and one Gold Seal
taken out of his Pocket at which time a Person now Present
who calls himself George Brown< no role > was Close to this Informant
and was one of the Persons who hustled him when Informant
immediately seized said Brown by the Collar [..] and said
he had his Watch when some Persons coming to his assistance
they secured him and this Informant further says that he
verily believes that said Brown is the Person that robbed
him of his Watch as aforesaid.
