Who being upon Oath say and first the said John

says that two Pigs now Produced are his Property and
were stolen on Wednesday Night lastNightout of his YardAnd
the said William Harrison< no role >
says that about 7 oClock Yesterday
morning the said Pigs were offered to be sold by two persons
now present who call themselves Thomas Hamilton< no role >
and
Simon Goring< no role >
to him for forty shillings on which he stopped
the said Pigs and caused the said Hamilton & Goring to
be taken into Custody
