Who being upon Oath says that he is Servant to

of Grosvenor Place< no role >
That a Box
now produced containing several Shirts Waistcoats Breeches and
other Wearing Apparel and six Guineas in gold and three
shillings and sixpence in silver this Informants property
was seen by this Informant on Monday morning last in a Cloaths
Press in his said Masters Servants HallThat about two
oClock in the Day of said Monday he went into said
Servants Hall where he found a person now present who
calls himself Charles Biggs< no role >
who had in his hands the
said Box of Wearing Apparel and MoneyThat said
Charles Biggs< no role >
had taken said Box from out of said
Chloaths Press and was looking towards the Street Door
but on seeing this Informant and hearing him ask
him where he was going with said Box he put the
same down and this Informant took him into Custody
