and to whom this Informant related what is before observed by
said Aldridge. That this Informant Aldridge and Huggins's
Man pursued said Frime, and in Hennsdon Town he galloped off
And the said Thomas Senth says that between 11 and 11 o'Clock
on the said Wednesday might the said Charles Frime< no role > drove a Cart
into this Informant Yard in a great hurry, threw but the Paper
Parcel of Sugar now produced saying to this Informant Take
this" and immediately jumped out of the Cart and ran away.
And the said James Barnes< no role > says that he is a Constable and
upon the Alarm being given, he went to said Senth's, and in the
Cart found the two leaves at Sugar and one paper parcel
of Sugar now produced. And the said Wailliam Wheeler< no role > says
that he keeps the Coach and Horses Alehouse at Lion Lane end,
That between 5 & 6 o'Clock (or about that time) on the said Wednesday
Evening the said Frime and two other Men came to this Informant
House, Said that Key had and a Loss of three Bags of Tea
in a Beat near Isleworth which had been seized by same
affiers that they had more Tea coming up, and requested
this Informant's permission to put the same in his Garden"
which their Informant at first objected to, but afterwards consented.
That after staying about a quarter of an hour they all went
away together. And the said John Durbridge< no role > says that,
the said Frime and two other Men came to the said William
Wheeler
< no role > 's House at the time mentioned by the said William Wheeler< no role > ,
in a Cart with the Name and addition of "George Bennett< no role >
old Brentford " wrote on it. That the next Morning this Informant
found the said William Wheeler< no role > 's Garden Door broke open, and in
said Garden, the two Sacks and Sugar now produced
